Every classic, on one table. The Snowman Bundle brings together the traditional Christmas spread for six to fifteen guests: a whole French turkey, a half-leg of Australian bone-in gammon, grass-fed Cape Grim roast beef from Tasmania, and a side of New Zealand King salmon, with a heritage ham alongside.
The supporting cast is equally considered: The Fishwives' own cranberry sauce, a chef-made roast beef brown sauce, Cape Grim beef broth, fresh rosemary, parsley, thyme and dill, generous chilled vegetables for roasting, and two pints of Apiary ice cream to close.
Roast the turkey with herbs and parsnips, glaze the gammon, and serve the salmon with dill for a complete, unhurried Christmas table.
