The Fishwives Scales Club – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

The Fishwives Scales Club (“Scales Club”) is a tiered membership and rewards program offered exclusively to registered customers shopping on The Fishwives website.

Membership is complimentary and automatically linked to your customer account upon registration.

Membership tiers are determined based on qualifying spending within each calendar month on eligible purchases made via our website.

The Fishwives reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Scales Club program, its benefits, eligibility criteria, or Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

Silver Tier

Customers whose monthly spending places them within the top 35% may qualify for Silver Tier membership benefits.

Silver Tier Benefits

• Complimentary delivery for orders above SGD $100
  (Standard delivery minimum spend: SGD $120)
• Earn SGD $10 Scales Credit for every successful referral

Gold Tier

Customers whose monthly spending places them within the top 25% may qualify for Gold Tier membership benefits.

Gold Tier Benefits

• Enjoy 5% off regular-priced items on every order
• Complimentary delivery for orders above SGD $80
  (Standard delivery minimum spend: SGD $120)
• Earn SGD $10 Scales Credit for every successful referral

Diamond Tier

Customers whose monthly spending places them within the top 15% may qualify for Diamond Tier membership benefits.

Diamond Tier Benefits

• Enjoy 10% off regular-priced items on every order
• Complimentary delivery for orders above SGD $70
  (Standard delivery minimum spend: SGD $120)
• Earn SGD $15 Scales Credit for every successful referral

SUPER Diamond Tier (By Invitation Only)

SUPER Diamond Tier is reserved exclusively for The Fishwives’ top-spending customers and is strictly by invitation only.

SUPER Diamond Tier Benefits

• Enjoy 15% off regular-priced items on every order
• Complimentary delivery for orders above SGD $60
  (Standard delivery minimum spend: SGD $120)
• Earn SGD $20 Scales Credit for every successful referral
• Priority access to selected product launches, seasonal releases, and exclusive promotions

The Fishwives reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility, invitation, continuation, or removal from SUPER Diamond Tier.

3. Tier Qualification & Review

Membership tiers are reviewed monthly based on total qualifying spend from the preceding calendar month.
Tier upgrades may take up to 7 working days to be reflected in customer accounts.
If the required qualifying spend is not maintained, membership tiers may be adjusted accordingly during the next review cycle.

Qualifying spend excludes:

• Delivery fees
• Gift card purchases
• Store credit purchases
• Cancelled or refunded orders

4. Discounts & Member Privileges

Membership discounts apply only to regular-priced items unless otherwise stated.
Discounts may not apply to promotional products, festive specials, bundles, limited-time offers, gift cards, or specially marked items.

Member discounts may not be combined with other promotional codes, loyalty redemptions, or ongoing campaigns unless explicitly stated.

5. Scales Referral Rewards

Scales referral rewards are issued as store credits (“Scales Credits”) upon a successful referral.

A successful referral refers to:

A first-time customer who completes a successful purchase using the official referral mechanism provided by The Fishwives.

Referral Rewards by Tier

• Silver Tier: SGD $10 Scales Credit
• Gold Tier: SGD $10 Scales Credit
• Diamond Tier: SGD $10 Scales Credit
• SUPER Diamond Tier: SGD $20 Scales Credit

The Fishwives reserves the right to reject, reverse, withhold, or cancel referral rewards in cases involving suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, cancelled orders, or refunded purchases.

6. Scales Credits

Scales Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits may only be used on eligible purchases made via The Fishwives website.

Expiry dates for Scales Credits may apply and will be indicated within the customer account where applicable.

The Fishwives reserves the right to amend credit validity periods and redemption policies at any time.

7. Account Conduct & Membership Suspension

Members are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains accurate and up to date.

The Fishwives reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases involving:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of promotions or referral systems
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Conduct deemed harmful to The Fishwives, its operations, staff, or brand reputation

Any unused benefits, discounts, or Scales Credits may be forfeited upon suspension or termination of membership.

8. General Terms

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and not convertible to cash
• The Fishwives reserves the final right of interpretation on all membership matters and rewards.
• Customers participating in the Scales Club program agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any future amendments, updates, or revisions.
