The grand Christmas feast, from bisque to bone-in gammon. The Santa Claus Bundle is our most complete offering, composed for twelve to twenty guests: a whole French turkey, a whole Australian bone-in gammon, grass-fed Cape Grim roast beef from Tasmania, a 1.5kg side of New Zealand King salmon, and a heritage ham, opened with three kilograms of lobster bisque.
Around them: The Fishwives' cranberry sauce, chef-made roast beef brown sauce, a full bouquet of rosemary, parsley, thyme, dill and bay, abundant chilled vegetables for roasting, and three pints of Apiary ice cream.
