Made to a traditional recipe passed down through generations, our Buffalo Haloumi was inspired by the kitchen of my grandmother, Krisanthy. As a young girl, I would eagerly watch her prepare it and always look forward to the first taste test. While she made it using goat’s milk, we’ve carefully adapted the recipe to take full advantage of the rich, high-fat, and high-protein milk from our buffalo herd.
