Il Migliore, meaning “the best”, has been crafting exquisite biscuits, chocolaty treats, and gourmet hampers for over 30 years. The business began during the Melbourne nursing strike of 1985, founded by sisters Dianne and Paula.
Today, it remains a proud family-run operation, led by Paula and her children alongside a team of skilled bakers. Every product is still made entirely by hand at their bakery in Hawthorn, staying true to their original commitment to quality and care.
