Each handcrafted layer offers a luxurious selection of traditional celebratory dishes:

• Tier 1: From the Sea　海の幸 – Featuring premium seafood such as prawn, herring roe, and fish cakes that symbolise abundance and joy.

• Tier 2: From the Land　山の幸 – Starring our signature roast beef made with Australian Wagyu Ribeye, slow-roasted for tenderness and flavour, paired with seasonal vegetables.

• Tier 3: Dessert Tier 甘味– Traditional Japanese sweets that represent sweetness in the year ahead.

Perfect for Japanese families observing Oshōgatsu or Chinese households welcoming Lunar New Year, this elegant Osechi is a thoughtful centrepiece for reunion meals and festive gatherings.

All items are cooked. Defrost overnight in chiller OR Defrost at room temperature 2 hrs before consuming.
