Salanort Spanish Octopus Leg Cooked 200 - 250g
Salanort is a small family run business located in Getaria, a precious marine town located in the Bay of Biscay. They only work with the Atlantic octopus. Octopus from the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean is caught using traditional artisanal fishing techniques.
To maintain it's excellent quality and flavour, they cook the octopus at a low temperature. Cold water is key to obtaining excellent quality octopus. Salanort prepare their octopus to sushi grade standards, meaning that it is frozen within three hours of being caught.
