Their base is at Mission Beach, Tropical North Queensland, Australia, where the "Wet Tropics World Heritage rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef." They use sustainable methods to grow premium cocoa, which has received independent global recognition as among the finest in the world.

Note: There is lots of parking at Coronation Plaza which is 1 minute walk away or in the streets surrounding, there is also parking directly outside the shop if you are lucky to get one.

Tan Kah Kee MRT is also only a 3 minute walk.
