Rizzoli Cantabrian Anchovies 40g
The anchovies of the Cantabrian Sea are considered the best in the world by connoisseurs, in terms of size, flesh and taste.
The cold waters, with a good amount of oxygen and rich in plankton, make the flesh of these anchovies more tender and tasty: we select only the best, namely those caught in spring. They are worked by hand and then matured for 6 months to bring out all their flavour and consistency. The result is a product with an intense taste typical of this fishing zone, which is appreciated by numerous connoisseurs.
