Harris Stock - Organic FISH 500ml

This is a light fish stock which can be used for a variety of fish dishes where the flavour of the sauce needs to be heightened or intensified. It is made from white fish bones and heads with organic onions, leeks, carrots, celery, mushrooms and parsley.
Handmade in New Zealand. No automated industrial processes, food colouring or additives.
Ingredients: Fish (Snapper, Gurnard or Kingfish) and organic vegetables (onion, leek, carrot, celery, mushrooms and parsley), white pepper and water. Some vegetables may vary according to the season.
Gluten and Dairy Free. NO PRESERVATIVES
Storage instructions: Store in refrigerator or in the freezer for six months.
