Our Truffle Foie Gras is made with pure duck liver, emulsified with duck fat to get a velvety and buttery flavour. We have combined the best duck liver in Spain with Black Winter Truffles grown in Australia to create the most luxurious combination of Spanish and Australian ingredients!

SERVE on a rustic or brioche bread, use as an independent central dish or as a filling for ravioli and tartlets. SLICE and served it on top of quality meat.
