Best used as a summer vinegar on fresh berries and summer vegetables.
This is a sweet balsamic that also lends itself well to stone fruit. 
serving suggestion - Slices of white peach, crisp cos lettuce leaves and fresh basil leaves make the perfect accompaniment for a BBQ lamb loin. 
Dress with White Balsamic and EVOO.
