 Wild Alaska Halibut is the largest of the flatfish and has a reputation as the world's premium whitefish. It can stretch up to 2.4m in length and 1.2m in wideness and weigh over 270 Kg. The majority of the U.S. domestic supply of Halibut comes from Alaska.
