A free roaming, corn fed whole roasting chicken, butterflied with backbone removed and marinated.

These chickens are natural, and ethically produced and come from chickens that are well cared for in open, clean environments.  These are French bred, Malaysian reared and are sustainable grown without the use of growth enhancers.

An Xin Chicken products are not bleached or chlorinated at any stage of their processing & come to you fresh on a daily basis, completely free of any preservatives whatsoever.

An Xin Hormone (chemical growth promoters) & Antibiotic Free Chickens are reared in clean natural conditions in Malaysia.  The chickens are reared on large farms in Malaysia, in collaboration with French company SASSO to successfully breed hormone residue and antibiotic free chicken.  Whilst these chickens are not Certified Organic, they are fully accredited by AVA, Singapore and also Dept of Veterinary Services, Ministry of Agriculture Malaysia) and as with all products from The Fishwives, this chicken has full traceability.

These chickens are also the preferred poultry used at the new Jamie Oliver and Guy Savoy restaurants.
