The gluten-free version of our Rich Fruit Cake using chestnut flour and chestnut puree. 

Full of fruit, brandy and flavour. Using only the best ingredients: Barossa Valley brandy; free range eggs; moist fruit and chestnut flour and puree from Australian chestnut growers.  All made by the one chef in our commercial country kitchen. 

Delicious on its own or enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.

Our Gluten-free Chestnut Fruit Cake was developed, when a local chestnut farmer suggested we made a cake using their flour and puree. It is moist and flavoursome just like the Rich Fruit Cake.
