Green Range is a partnership between Wide Open Agriculture, under the Dirty Clean Food banner, and Western Australian super premium lamb producers Col and Kiley Bowey and Ash Baldwin.
Green Range has received fantastic reviews from the local Western Australian market, including from top Australian Chef Neil Perry’s Rockpool Bar and Grill, in Perth.
The UltraWhite breed, unique to Western Australia, was developed by pioneering sheep breeder Dawson Bradford. UltraWhite is a stabilised composite superior meat breed that naturally shed their wool, they produce outstanding, premium quality, high yielding lamb carcasses at a very early age.
Dirty Clean Food works closely with Green Range to produce premium, quality tender succulent lamb. A guaranteed constant supply of consistent premium regenerative grass-fed lamb can be given with 100% year-round pasture grazing, and access to a unique legume based supplementary feed pellet.
