100% Chardonnay from the village of Villevenard 3 Symboles is a Millésime 100 % chardonnay champagne from the Côte de Sézanne, which forms part of the côte des blancs in Champagne, France.
Grower Champagne Hubert Noiret rebalance living natural forces through biodynamic methods and reuse natural materials with very minimal qualifies of copper and sulfite – required to protect the vines.
The champagne is fine and the chardonnay’s freshness comes with a subtle tase of wood from the oak barrels of the cellar. This champagne is aged on lees in oak barrels during 10 to 12 months. Dosed at 5g/l, 3 Symboles is an extra brut champagne.
