Simple Garlic Prawns
Simple, delicious classic recipe that comes together in no time for an easy weeknight dinner or weekend lunch. Pair this with crusty bread to soak up all that yummy butter sauce, or toss in some pasta for a 1-dish meal.
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. Butter
8 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried chilli flakes
24 medium raw prawns, peeled
2 Tsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley
Sea Salt Flakes
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil, butter, garlic and chili flakes and cook for 1 minute or until the butter melts. Reduce heat to low.
Add in prawns, parsley and salt and cook for 1-2 minutes each side or until the prawns are cooked through.
Alternatively, you can divide the ingredients between four small pans and serve prawns in the pan with slices of crusty fresh bread or baguette.
